Vollbier?

Eric,a lot of breweries that brew only one beer.eg;brau Hennemann at stublang,will call there beer vollbier,or hell, or landbier etc,the only ways to find out if they brew other beers seasonaly'is to check in a good guide, or to contact them,they will usually be more than willing to tell you,as they are proud of thier unique house brew. cheers!
