that's a lovely crust, Nick B. i like my oink knusprig :) i can never eat the entire kloß [unlike you men, women can only eat so much]. at most half, and have done that only once. most of the time 1/3 or don't touch it at all. next time i will try asking if it's possible to replace it with something else. or better yet forgo save room for more beer and kraut(salat).
