| Steve Thomas has something to add in his mention of this thread: http://www.german-breweries.com/news.htm The guy running the Keller (don't know his name, maybe the Frank Blum mentioned?) told me that the Pils & Zwickel will still be brewed at Schnaid, but that seasonal/special beers (like the afore-mentioned Bock & Schwarzbier) will be brewed on site. But Steve was apparently told that all beer poured at the Keller would be brewed on site. Maybe eventually this will be the case? Whatever. |
