Jaegerschnitzel and other queer stuff

I've heard people bemoan (lovely old word, certainly pre-French!) the invasion of Schnitzel & co. in other regions outside of Franken & Bayern, so the problem of the globalisation of cuisine is nation-wide. Currywurst mit Pommes? Nein, danke.
