Sorry, lost my train of thought. Following the "either" above, I meant to say "or" take the train to Forchheim and wait at the Bahnhof for the 265 Bus to depart. (Or spend an hour in Forchheim walking around and take the next bus.) The bus passes right by 5 breweries, I think: Witzgall, the two in Hallerndorf, and the one in Schnaid, before the Stiebarlimbach stop across the street from Roppelt.
