Blümlein

I few years back I had a conversation with the gentleman from Blümleins Keller -- I asked him why his Eichhorn beer tasted so much better than the brewery's. He said he bought the barrels well in advance and had a much longer lagering time. I don't remember if the beer was filtered or unfiltered, though. For me it was the last keller of a *very* long day :)
