Anything happening in Bamberg Land the last week of May?

Most are open daily (with possible ruhetag), often starting in the afternoon. The very nice Witzgall keller in Schlammersdorf is only open on Sundays. I'm sure there are more like that, but that is the only I've run into around Bamberg -- but then I'm not usually there during the keller season :) One thing to watch out for is that with many of the smaller breweries, when the keller is open, the brewery gasthaus is closed. That can be a problem if the keller is not nearby and you have no idea where it is :)
