| Picked up a bottle of the Bock from Lindenbräu (Gräfenberg) at the Getränkeladen around the corner today. http://www.lindenbraeu.de/Brauerei.htm I've grown to not expect all that much from this brewery, much as I want to love a small, classical brewery who malts their own grain, and this Bock is better than I'd expected. It's not outstanding, but also not blatantly flawed. So, it's good. A bit light overall, and there's a bit of bubble gum to it, and it's not very dry, but overall, it's OK. They were on TV a while back, I'll have to watch that again. If I can find my recording of it... |
