Buttenheim kellers: opening times

I've booked in for Annafest, at the Hotel Am Kronengarten in Forchheim. A bit pricy for Franconia, at 65 Euro for a Single. But centrally located in F'heim. Looking at the train schedules, I could conceivably do the following mini trip: Hirschaid -- Kraus (08:00 to 24:00, closed Tuesday) Buttenheim -- St. Georgen & Lowenbrau (kellers preferred) Eggolsheim -- Schwarzes Krauz (closed Wednesday) Anyone know of opening times for the Buttenheim kellers? I have been to the breweries before. Thanks Mike
