Where to stay in Bamberg / Trains

We got it sorted in the end - although we've got one night in a place a couple of K outside Bamberg (although by the Park & Ride, apparently), and then 2 nights at a Gasthaus in town. Really looking forward to this trip - the first of many, hopefully!
