As far as eats, Hummel is usually pretty good. I ate there many of times and was always satisfied. Winkler serves some pretty good chicken, but Knoblauch in Scammelsdorf is right up there for chicken. I guess to rank them I would go: 1. Hummel 2. Knoblauch 3. Winkler Wagner in Merkendorf was not very good for food in my opinion. Krug serves only cold plates and I don't remember Greiss very well. The only time I ate there was for a bockbieranstich, so my memory is a little hazy.
