So, they are not really closing, just implementing a "membership fee" to get around the non-smoking laws, right? I stopped in there in 2006 and noted that it was quite smokey, so I am not surprised by this turn of events. No great loss for me. If I am ever back in Forchheim I still might stop in, or maybe I will stay at the other pubs in town.
