The Verkehrsverbund Großraum Nürnberg (VGN) operates bus 265 from Forchheim (and Eggolsheim Bf) to Kreuzberg & Stiebarlimbach and back. http://www.vgn.de/komfortauskunft/linien/bus_nord/ has all the VGN bus lines in the area north of Nberg. What's really good is that they've added maps to the website in addition to the timetables for the individual lines.
