This is a great map, it even shows the major bike trails. I bought mine at one of the bookstores in Bamberg (can't remember which, probably Gorres). There are also a series of 1:25000 maps available from another publisher, but while more detailed on a "road level" they they don't show the same level of detail in terms of bike trails, etc.
