Bamberg Zwiebel recipe

Had Bamberger Zwiebel at Brauerei Hölzlein in Lohndorf (along with the superb house lagerbier) in October 2006. It's not always on, but when it is, it's quite good. We've made them at home; it's a bit of effort, but the results are worth it.
