Monstein is a nice visit, was there in 2003. One could book a tour then with the Rhätische Bahn (Rhaetian Railways), that included train to Davos Glaris (!) where a minibus from the brewery picked you up, then the tour with tasting, afterwards a meal in the restaurant opposite, bus (PTT) back to Davos, and return by train. Arosa and Davos are not very far from one another, but there happen to be some mountains in between. So unless you want to cross the Strelapass on foot (2350 m) you have to make quite a detour via Chur - Landquart - Klosters.
