Well - Wiesenmühle in Fulda is definitely not bad either. And (although I haven't been there personally) I'd bet that Meierei in Potsdam might be quite interesting as well. And Eisgrubbräu in Mainz. And another favourite: Babben/Stadtbrauerei Lübbenau (Spreewald) (also producing one of the best distilled spirits I had, Hopfengeist).
