Being a purist here, a zwickelbier can IMHO never be bottled. Nor can it be enjoyed anywhere else than in the lagercellar of the brewery. Kellerbier is something different. One of the landmarks in the education of a brewer is the time when he may own a "Zwickelschlüssel". Let's keep to the tradition here... (Let me put it another way: do you really believe a draught beer can be from a can or from a bottle?)
