Schäuferle or Schäuferla

i remember seeing only "Schäuferle" spelling in Nürnberg, and "Schäuferla" in Bamberg [never "Schäuferle"]. i find Bamberger words and accent very sweet [read cute]! anyhow, to the OP, you might want to try making "Schäuferla" at home. don't reckon it's that hard to make, innit. i could take photos of the recipes [all in German of course] for you :) i have started post processing my recent Franconian trip photos but "Schäuferla" is somewhere between december 23 and january 02 so it may be a little while until you can see this particular photo though as i categorise them by date.
