Gose and Reinheitsgebot

I did not know the origin of the word Gose, but I did know they brewed it with salt and coriander. Since they had an exemption from the Reinheitsgebot for the wheat in Gose, they might as well go all the way and allow salt and coriander, too. I need to get to Leipzig during one of my next visits to Bamberg.
