Rauchverbot Being Challenged in Court

Prominent lawyers have crafted a complaint challenging the constitutionality of smoking bans in places of business. The idea being, a Rauchverbot infringes on the business' freedoms or some such. Case should be heard today in Karlsruhe, which I assume means before the constitutional court (rough equivalent of the Supreme Court in the US).
