My Franconia/Germany Itinerary

I second this recommendation! Was there last year and the bock was very good - as were the other beers tasted. Beside that, the food was very good and very cheap! Bus 4 runs to Hallstadt, some of them continuing to Dörfleins monday - friday and saturday morning, so check the timetables. There is a bus stop directly opposite the Schwarzer Adler, as the brewery tap is called. Where you get off is also where you get on! If you have no immediate connection, it is not so very far to walk between Hallstadt Kiliansplatz and Dörfleins.
