Hallo Michael! You are right, in Ebing only every second Regionalbahn stopps. The walk from Ebing station to brewery Schwanen is about 20 minutes. When your train doesn´t stop at Ebing, leave it at Zapfendorf - from Zapfendorf to Ebing it´s not much more farer than from Ebing station.
