| There are no requirements for standard measures on glassware in the US. Lots of places--in Oregon anyway--use Euro glassware though, upon which the pint or .5L marks are printed. Some places, at least. Some brewpubs and better non-brewing pubs, anyway. But there are no *laws* protecting the consumer from short pours. |
