Convenient Frankfurt hotel

I have stayed at Hotel Miramar (Berliner Str. 31, 60311 Frankfurt, Germany) several times. It is about 4 blocks to the S-Bahn, or a somewhat shorter walk to the U-Bahn which can be used to connect to the S-Bahn. More recently I have been staying at an Ibis Hotel, and for the final trip to the airport I have taken a taxi (€ 25-30) for peace of mind.
