One option would be share a taxi from either Hirschaid or Eggolsheim train station to the Kreuzberg Kellers. The cost should not be too bad, but the difficulty might be in arranging the taxi. It is more likely that taxis might be found waiting in Hirschaid, but then it is a slightly longer taxi ride to the kellers. From the kellers you can ask them to call a taxi for you (Nick did this once when he and I were there).
