Very cool. Looks like you really enjoyed yourself. Bockbier at the Hofbräu in August though--never heard of such a thing! I assume the Munsterians meant "lunch" where you wrote "dinner". Otherwise, they're full of it--Germans drink at lunch up in that part of the country too. Beer in the morning is perhaps a Bavarian thing though. And a Düsseldorf & Köln thing too.
