| Tom Perera uses the term real beer (which I like). My probably uneducated opinion would include and unfilteredand unpastuerised beer in this category. As far as the with or without sparkler argument goes, it's normally beer dependent. Some beers are "designed" to be served one way and some. It's broadly split Nort/South although there are exceptions. It's a problem of course when Southern brewed beer is served in the South and vice versa. And don't even think about getting me going on the slow Southerly creep of sparkler use! |
