Well, a zombie is a creature that was dead but brought back to life. If a beer still has live yeast cells, it was never "dead". So, to sum up, so far we have: Live beer (some call it "real"), Dormant beer (unpasteurized with some dormant yeast), Dead beer (all yeast killed by pasteurization or removed by filtration), Zombie beer (was Dead, but then some live yeast added and brought back to life). :-)
