Best late night beer options in Nuremberg?

Was there on Sunday daytime. Only tried the dark beer in Barfüßer and is was at best OK. My meal had to be sent back as my turkey steak was underdone - well raw. I suspect the buggers just took it out of the mushroom sauce, washed it, dried it and re-cooked it again. I won't be back
