Best late night beer options in Nuremberg?

Hi All, especially Fred, Jim and Nick! First time posting, but anyway...I travel to Nuremberg at least once a year. My favorite is the Hütt'n: Hospitality and Bier is the best. They do have food, but I have not tried it. I also always stop at the Andechser across the street from the Barfüßer, hey if I don't get to the mountain, at least I can get some Andechs there. I am not a big fan of the Barfüßer, I thought the beers were a bit watery. I also thought the beers at the Altstdthof were disappointing as well. Just blah imo, unfortunately. Tucher is obviously all around, and I enjoy drinking it when out and about as well. Have a great trip!
