Ottobier?

Thats the Hübner in Steinfeld. Otto doesn't brew anymore, turning the job over to his nephew. I told he still does lend a hand at the still, where I think he is his own best customer :) He once let us taste his "Franconian whiskey" -- I think was aged maybe 3 days at that point. Those good old boys in the hills of Kentucky would have been proud of Otto's white lightning :) The beer is still very nice, but it is a little different than when Otto brewed it. Otto is famous for his cap -- I'd call it a multicolor Tam but I'm not a hat expert. It has a hop cone as a pompom.
