Only been in there once, afternoonish, and yes, the place is an inn restaurant, as opposed to a more homey Gaststätte, but "fancy"? Fancy is as fancy does. And their Garten is very nice, though IIRC you have to deal with wait staff as opposed to self service. Yeah, I guess that's fancy after all!
