| One more thing. When you are in Munich you should get yourself over to the O-fest grounds. They will be in full swing setting up all the huge beer tents....quite a site to behold. You can even grab a beer at a little snack shack on the grounds. It may make you want to return in the fall to visit the biggest beer fest on the planet! Climb up the Bavaria Statue to get a bird's eye view of the grounds. Pretty cool. (There is also a church right next to the grounds- I forget the name, but you can't miss it- that allows you to climb up a tower for another good view of the grounds). |
