| Serving keg beer by air or gravity is the like pumping "real ale" out of a cask with CO2 -- it is not the way the beer was meant to be served. Of course there are some German beers that can be found both in kegs and by gravity. My point was that not all styles benefit by be served by gravity, and none (that I am aware of) should be pushed out with air pressure. |
