| What I get from all this...the GBBF wants to serve some foreign keg beers. They're fundamentally opposed to using CO2 to pump keg beer to the tap. They're also fundamentally opposed to keg beer. Why then serve keg beer at all? Seems a bit arbitrary to me, to eschew artificial CO2 to pump the beer, but not also to eschew the artificially carbonated beer in the first place. Or have I missed something? I suppose now if I ever DO make it to the GBBF, I'll have to try one of these air-driven keg beers just to see if I can tell a difference...daft as it sounds for someone to travel from Franken to London to drink fränkisches Bier... |
