| I'm currently subtitling a 9 minute chunk of a tv show about a brewing butcher, and sure enough, that Welsh author guy mentions it on his website: Metzgerbräu Reichert in Uetzing. According to the tv show, he brews on Tuesdays, right in his Wurst kettle.
