DB Gets Tough |

| I read in the paper the other day that the conductors are supposed to make exceptions for passengers boarding at stations where the machine is kaput, as well as for complicated situations like when one has a month's pass for a certain region but wants to extend a trip to outside that region, or when a person doesn't have the proper change for a ticket machine and no credit card, or, or, or... Personally, I think it's a disaster. Was the "Schwarzfahrer" problem *that* bad? And why only in Bavaria? |
