Accomodation for groups in Bamberg? |

| 2007 Sandkerwa is from 23 to 27 August.(www.sandkerwa.de) I highly recommend a visit, as you get quite a wide variety of beers on sale from neighbouring towns. One drawback is that some Bamberg breweries are permanently closed during Sandkerwa (Spezial, Keessmann, Griefenklau were closed in 2006) and none of the kellers up on the hill are open. all the al fresco drinking is being done down in the town... Whether these breweries open up the following week I do not know. Mike |
