They are Legion. May 1st appears to be a tradtional opening day for Kellers who don't stay open year-round. Theoretically, one or two of the three Keller up on the Kreuzberg NW of Forchheim are open this weekend--their geusthouses stay open year round, and it might just be nice enough for Kellerwetter this weekend. AFA the Bamberger Kellers go, I'll defer to others rich enough to afford Bamberg prices to answer. ;) Basic answer is, no Keller worth its salt should *not* already be open by mid-May.
