New brewpub in Nürnberg?

http://www.german-breweries.com/new_breweries.htm mentions a new brewpub in Nürnberg at Adam Klein Strasse 11 (close to Palmengarten cafe, where its beers have been available), has anyone paid a visit yet? They have a website at http://www.schanzenbraeu.de/ but it is still under construction at the moment.
