Go to maps.google.de and enter "Kemmern". Zoom in a bit and you'll see how Kemmern's Hauptstraße runs NE into the B4 main road, which changes names between "Bamberger", "Lichtenfelser", and "Hauptstraße". I'd bet that the stop is somewhere along this Straße. I'll echo the others' comments that the Bahnhof is quite close and conveniently located to Br. Hummer.
