Any info on Pegnitz?

I am in Bamberg with Jez (rauchbier) Blake next week for the "Bavarian Party" event at Weyermann Maltings. On the way back to Nuremberg for the plane home, I am going to do a recce in Pegnitz, a new place for me. There is some info on outlets for the town's beers on the of the two breweries' website's: Brauer-Vereinigung ( http://www.brauervereinigung.de ); and Jura-Bräu ( http://www.jura-braeu.de ), but no opening times, which googling has not revealed for me. As I have only ninety minutes in Pegnitz (Monday, the 20th of November, around 13.00 (1pm), and I want to at least see the Source of the Pegnitz, too, I would be very grateful for any info on outlets that will definitely be open, preferably near the Bahnhof (Railway Station). What my googling has revealed is that a good time to visit Pegnitz would be at Flindererzeit, which is roughly from mid-April to mid-June, so when the 2007 calendar for this is available on http://www.flinderer.info/termine.htm (has the old 2006 one), I am going to plan a return trip. Has anyone been at this time and sampled the two breweries' Flindererbier, which I see no one has RateBeered?
