Hey, maybe they would mail you a copy or two directly. If you want, email me with your address, and I'll call them or write them a letter with your story and ask them to send you a copy. ("erlangernick at yahoo dot de") I'm not sure when I'll be up there next, otherwise I'd promise to grab you a couple of copies myself. Either way, that website doesn't seem to be online at the moment.
