REAL Monastery Breweries in Germany

By the way I was just in Bamberg about 2 weeks ago. Drank at all the breweries and tap houses except Kaiserdom. I always miss that one for some reason. My favorite beer by far was the Rauchweizen at Schlenkerla. My god that's good beer. Wasn't that impressed with the new place; Ambrausianum or whatever it's called.
