Meister in Unterzaunsbach are on vacation until...eh, I forget exactly when; maybe they're already back. I don't recommend either Ebermannstadt place--there's just always something wrong, whenever I'm in E-stadt. (Except for the very first time I was at the Schwannenbräu, IIRC!)
