Thanks Nick. This will be the second time to meet them. We visited two years ago. They live in the house my great grandfather was born and grew up in before he immigrated to the U.S. Since I am a homebrewer, I would like to meet the braumeister at Held-Brau, Helmut Polster and find out if he is related. Even if he is not, I would also like to ask him for a tour of the brewery. We are in O-Feld until Monday when we drive to the Czech Republic, so time might be tight for a hook-up, but we will see how everything works out. I am very excited to be visiting again.
