Kein Zimmer, sondern eine FeWo, und nur euro 36,- pro Nacht. Not a room, a vacation "appartement," and only 36 euros/night. Bonus: short distance up the road from Mühlendorf (Lechner) and Debring (Müller). Not very far from several other good places, easy access to B22, etc. Considered other places, consulted with SWMBO, she said, "ooh, an apartment, go for that."
