Bus from Bamberg to Herrnsdorf and Sambach -- a new wrinkle

I had wanted to go on this bus excursion on Thursday (actually, I would prefer Wednesday, but Barnikel is closed on Wed. and Hennemann is closed on Mon. and Tue. However, I just noticed (in The Good Beer Guide to Germany), that Hennemann is open on Wed. and Thu. 11:00-14:00 and 17:00-23:00. Ouch. I guess that means it has to be Friday for such a trip.
