We'll get it sorted. I believe that bus 8227 from this webbie http://www.ovf.de/index.php?id=66 is the one that Martin took. It's clear to me now that the "Herrnsdorf Abzw Frensdorf" stop is the one you want...but as Martin notes, the beer in Sambach (all of FIVE MINUTES farther down the route) is much more rewarding. I believe I had a fine Lager vom Fass at Barnikel once, but regardless, for a beergeek/traveler, one shouldn't pass up the opportunity to have a beer in a spot that's been family run for over 600 years. It's quite a place, really, regardless of the quality of the beer. Email me, and I'll help you plan some train/bus country adventures.
